Here are the Dos & Don’ts. It’s really simple.

TIER 1 : REGISTERED NON-PROFIT (501c3 / Charities / Houses of Worship)

Royalty Free (Non-Commercial & Promotional Use)

This Agreement is specifically intended for non-profit/501c3 organizations (i.e., churches, mosques, temples, charities, registered non-profits, etc). If you legally qualify as an non-profit organization, then you are free to use this content for any purpose, as long as it’s non-commercial in nature. You can use it for live events, such as worship services, liturgies, special events, art installations, promotional campaigns, fundraising, etc. You may also use it in any live stream or promotional/branding video that is posted online or social media, so long as you aren’t broadcasting the content “as is” (like in a way that could be easily copied, downloaded or screen-recorded by others.)

This License Agreement is "royalty free", which means you (the Licensee) can use this footage as many times as you want without having to re-purchase or pay any royalties.

PLEASE NOTE: if you're an artist that works for a Non-Profit, you cannot go with this license option for your own personal event or project. This Agreement is only for use directly within & for the Non-Profit Organization.

For Multi-Site Churches with multiple campuses: this License Agreement is a single site license. Meaning, each purchase is site-specific & only covers one single campus. Each additional site/campus will need to purchase content separately.

TIER 2 : STANDARD ( Creative Professionals / Filmmakers / Artists / Bands)

Royalty Free (Commercial & Promotional Use)

The Standard License Agreement is designed for Creative Professionals in a Commercial or Promotional setting, such as artists, bands, musicians, filmmakers, corporations, VJs, conferences, clubs, record labels, touring groups, & production houses. Usage permission includes social media, lyric videos, playback during filming of a project, live concerts, & touring. For internal, external, & live-streaming usage.

This License Agreement is "royalty free", which means you (the Licensee) can use this footage as many times as you want without having to re-purchase or pay any royalties.

PLEASE NOTE: it doesn't matter whether or not you are making money on your event or project, if you aren't registered as a 501c3 / Non-Profit, then the Standard License is the one for you.

TIER 3 : BROADCAST (TV/FILM)

If you’re interested in licensing our content for TV, film, or any kind of large-scale broadcast, you will need to reach out to us.

We issue one-time use (non-royalty free) Custom Commercial Licenses For Broadcast on a case-by-case basis. To request this type of license, send us an email through the Contact Form. And we’ll hit you back with a quote.

In the email, be sure to include which specific piece of content you are interested in using, a description of the project, scope of use, deadline, & budget. On most occasions, we can also provide the original non-color-graded (flat) version of the clip in D-LOG format. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply on all requests. We’ll get to it as fast as we can. In most cases, we’ll be able to provide a very quick turnaround, but if we’re filming inside the cinder cone of a volcano in a galaxy far, far away, it may take a few extra days. =)

We maintain the right to refuse any request without any explanation.

DO NOTs: 

Do not use any of our visuals to mint NFTs on any crypto-currency blockchain. 

Do not copy or share this content with anyone outside of your organization. This content is non-transferrable between organizations or individuals.

Do not re-distribute or sell this content (whether ‘as is’ or modified) in any way whatsoever. You cannot “sub-license” our content to any other band or organization through your own site, service or production company. If you are a production company, online service, or organization working with or on behalf of other artists & groups, you must purchase a separate commercial license for each of those artists/organizations.

Do not be mean and unkind, no matter if you think you have "the truth" or not. Life is too short & this world is too beautiful to bring ugliness into the picture. Our visuals are made to bring life, not death... to bring people "home", not send people away. We try to be a loving, inclusive & open-minded studio and want our customers & clients to join with us in making this broken world a more beautiful place... for everyone. And for every living thing.

All licenses are worldwide & not specific to any country or nation.

ILLUMINATE US, INC. (i.e., PRØKTR, Stephen Proctor, & CONSTRUCT visuals) retain the rights to all products sold or given away on this site. A license agreement simply grants you permission to use the products.

If you violate any of these terms listed above or use any of our visual content in an illegal way, then your license will be immediately revoked & you must terminate use & delete the content right away.
